“Young people need faith practicing business leaders as examples to know how to deal with the difficulties of the world” - Luca Zocche

Growing up Luca’s father would always speak of Ken Langone, Co-Founder of Home Depot as an example of someone who not only studied at a community college and became a success but as someone who gave back to his faith for the success he had.

At time he didn’t take the story so seriously that his father would repeat to him until he started going to daily mass at Saint Patrick’s Cathedral. There at the 07:30 mass he saw Ken Langone every day in the 3rd pew.

That’s when it hit him that after bringing up this story of having seen Ken Langone at church multiple times was something not known by his friends who also went to mass. Most were shocked to hear it and thought it was a great example of being succesful and faithful.

That’s when the idea of Fides Entrepreneurship. Faith in Latin is Fides. That ultimately Fides is the most important thing one needs to succeed in business & entrepreneurship.
